healtcare not warfare radio report
10/10/2004
More than 300 people gathered in Market Square on Sunday, asking the United States to prioritize healthcare over war. The event, organized by the Thomas Merton Center and Pennsylvanians United For Single-Payer Healthcare, or PUSH, reminded Americans that while bomb's rained down on Baghdad, millions of Americans still lack basic medical care and are without health insurance.

Members of Pittsburgh Indymedia's radio collective were at the march on Sunday, and we recorded some of the sounds of the day.

Listen: ogg vorbis or mp3 format.
